Our chef (Chef Michael) takes you through all the steps of making hand-made pasta. Start by making fresh pasta dough, which you will make into linguine.
Then advancing forward making hand-cut ravioli and homemade sauce: Fresh Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli with Brown Butter Sage Sauce and Mushroom Ravioli with Tomato Basil Sauce. Add a Caesar Salad and it’s time to eat!
