ODBF are pleased to present a $25,000 donation to the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation in support of Camp des Voyageurs Tim Horton in Quyon Quebec, who are helping to create brighter futures for youth in the National Capital Region.
Research has shown that income is the most important predictor of a healthy life – even more important than lifestyle or genetics1. When people and families can afford the basics, such as food, education, access to quality health care, clothing and stable housing, they are more likely to be healthy.
The program builds skills and strengths that help youth thrive at school, succeed in their future workplaces and become positive, contributing members of their communities. That’s why ODBF is a proud supporter!
